A Memory Retuning Session is a guided process that reduces the emotional charge of a specific memory — without hypnosis — so it no longer drives your reactions.
The session is structured, calm, and contained.

I've spent years working with people who understand their past, but still feel emotionally affected by it.
What I noticed early on was this: many people didn't need more insight, more talking, or more intensity — they needed a way to work with memory without reopening everything.
That's why I use a content-free, highly contained approach to memory work. One that doesn't rely on hypnosis, reliving, or long conversations — and that keeps people oriented and in control the entire time.
My focus is simple: helping people reduce the emotional impact of specific memories without turning the process into a story, an identity, or a long-term project.
This work is educational and coaching-based, not mental health treatment.

You hold the memory privately, while we work with how it shows up in your system.

For the first session, we work with a moderately intense memory — usually around a 6 out of 10.
